Feeling Like Crap

Assuming V is taking on all of K's classic symptoms, T and I believe he is teething! I was hoping this wasn't going to happen until K was completely and totally finished. But with the kind of luck we have, the boys are teething together! K is exhibiting his classic hardcore sypmtoms. Not eating. Puking after drinking milk. Fussiness. Chewing on his fingers. V on the other hand has his own set of symptoms. Fun, explosive diarrhea (blach). Occassional puking. Fussiness. Some drooling. However, we've been changing things up for V. We stopped adding rice cereal to his formula and his stomach is settling much better. Hardly puking now! We've also noticed his nose is running more then normal which may be the culprit for some spitting up so I've been snotting him every 30 minutes or so and that really seems to be helping! We've also started to let him nap on his tummy which seems to be much more comfortable for him. Hopefully all of this will be passing soon.

Again, my Tivo is almost filled up. I've started deleting shows I haven't watched. I need to buy The Incredibles on DVD so I can delete it from Tivo. And I still need to figure out what I'm going to do with the entire season 1 of Fastlane. I'm tempted to delete but I'm finding it difficult to actually follow through with the act.

I have so much work to do this weekend. I think I'm going to have to wait till the kids go to sleep or hole up in my bedroom to kick out my work. I'm on a tight deadline. One project is about 90% complete while the second project is barely 50% complete. Oy Vey! It feels so good to be back in the groove. Since returning to work I actually have been really good with balancing my work and home life. I've been able to spend my weekends playing with both of the little guys. It feels good to do that. However or weekdays still feel rushed. Getting home at 5.30 and before we know it its time for the kids to go to bed. I'm trying though. I think once T and I are both relocated to Burbank we'll be closer to the daycare and we'll spend a lot less time on the road. I'm counting the days until June.

Has anyone watched The Real Housewives of Orange County? I've recently started watching this show and I don't know what to think. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. It's like a train wreck. I can't help but stop and stare! Before I ever watched an episode I actually thought this show was going to be much worse, like really, really campy. That's all I can really say about that.

So our 5th wedding anniversary was on Friday. I felt like shit. The kids felt like shit. Therefore we didn't do anything special. I think once we're all feeling good and we can say that we're 99.9% certain that there will be no public display of puking we can go to dinner. I suggested to T that we have a nice dinner with the boys at Malo. V doesn't no any difference and K loves his mexican and its someplace new for T and I thus we'll all be happy. And mexican yummies is always a good thing.
